Fish & Co's NS50 50% promotion backfired after netizens blasted the food outlet for its insincere promotions. The main bugbear netizens took issue with was the poorly thought out promotion timings. To qualify for the NS50 promotions, NSFs need to patronize the outlet from Monday to Thurs (Full Day) or on Fridays (before 5pm).
Many visibly upset netizens said, how possible is it for NSFs who are stuck in the army camps to come out on Mondays to Thursdays to enjoy the offers and when they finally book out from camp at 6pm, the promotion is no longer valid as it ends just before book out time.
Is this a case of a genuine mistake by Fish & Co or did the food outlet plan it in such a way to ensure not so many people can enjoy the 50% promotion? Seriously insincere by Fish & Co.
