A father has been jailed for four months for carrying out one of the most vile act a father can do to his own daughter. He had recorded a a video of his own 21 year old girl bathing.
The 48 year old Malaysian man pleaded guilty to insulting the modesty of his own biological daughter in the toilet of a flat in Toh Yi Drive in July 2016. Both the father and his daughter were living together in the same rented room.
The daughter was bathing when she saw a black mobile phone tied to the pipe below the basin inside the toilet. She removed the phone and realised that it was on video recording mode. When she viewed the video, she saw that it had captured her nude as she was bathing. The accused then admitted he had been doing this for two weeks.
