ACTIVIST M. RAVI THREATENS DEFAMATION SUIT AGAINST THE ONLINE CITIZEN & KIRSTEN HAN
Activist M. Ravi has posted breaking news of his intention to commence defamation suits against The Online Citizen and journalist Kirsten Han for publishing allegations of Ravi's misconduct in a recent death penalty activism case.

The article in question, "The Dastardly Fall of M Ravi: His Unforgiveable Behaviour in Prabagaran’s Case" was published on The Online Citizen on 16 July 2017.

As one of the founding members of the Singapore Anti-Death Penalty Committee, Ravi has also taken it upon himself to counter-accuse his former intern lawyer Choo Zheng Xi and another junior lawyer Priscilla Chia of alleged "poor legal representation" for Prabagaran's case.

Prabagaran Srivijayan was a convicted drug trafficker sentenced to hang in 2014. After numerous appeals were exhausted by all his lawyers, including M Ravi, he was hanged on the 14th this month for his offences at Changi Prison.
