UBER DRIVER BEATEN UP AFTER REFUSING TO TAKE DRUNK AND ABUSIVE PASSENGER

An Uber driver was badly beaten up after refusing to pick up a drunk customer. The driver's face was brusied and bloodied and this happened while the attacker's daughter was at the scene.

The incident took place at Block 31 Toa Payoh on Apr 28, at 10.50pm. The drunkard guy became aggressive and scolded vulgarities to the Uber driver.

The driver decided to cancel the trip for his own safety, but the man refused to go out of the car and prevented the car from moving.

When the driver tried to remove the man's hand, he suddenly kicked and punched the Uber driver.

A little girl, who was at the scene as seen in the clips and presumably the passenger's daughter, can be heard calling, "Daddy" repeatedly.

The police and an ambulance was called.
