There has been a frequent loitering outside my lift landing area at Blk 348 Woodlands . This group of young teenagers smoking and littering the area after they leave and sometimes even sleeping there. We have called the police and they have sent officers down to check and missed them several times, but I feel this issue has been causing residents to feel troubled.
This happens on almost a daily basis nowadays, and they would leave and come back several times a day. They can be heard quarrelling outside too on frequent occasions. There was also an incident when we smelled the burning of things
