Dear A.S.S,
I brought my helper and two kids - 5 yr old girl and 2 yr old boy to ichiban boshi at hougang mall on friday. I ordered half a bowl udon for girl and a twin meal for my helper and me.
The table was rather high for my girl so she sipping her udon from the rim of the bowl. After abt 2 to 3 mouth full, my girl's mouth was covered with dirt. The udon was clear soup and it comes in 1 slice of fishcake and spring onion. The dirt comes from the black bowl. I was furious and called for the manager. He immediately replaced a new bowl for my girl.
To worsen my whole dining experience, the serving staff did not take in my twin set order.
The manager apologised and served us free ice cream.
During payment at the counter, the manager asked for my contact number so that the HQ could touch base with me. It has been 5 days but I have not heard from them.
