The issue is we book our bto flat all the way back in 2012.. most of us already dating more than 8yrs before and while waiting for our bto. But unlike usual bto which takes about 3yrs.. ours is coming to 5 years next year July. And all we have is just from hdb telling us it's postpone etc..
Till date they already delayed 2 times on our probable completion date. The last update was end Oct to collect keys but till now no updates..
As our bto has only 280 units (2 point block only and a carpark). We really dunno why the build is so long.
