Netizens have become infuriated after yet a new case of maid mistreatment came to light yesterday.
According to a post on Filipinos in Singapore, an employer staying in a HDB flat in Singapore was scheduling to go away on a vacation, but did not know what to do with her foreign domestic worker. The maid was forced to sleep external of the flat deprived of any pocket money for the whole period of the outing until the owne returns home.
The maid’s dilemma has gone viral among Facebook users, who severely disapproved the employer for being cruel.
