PASSENGER TURNS VIOLENT, REFUSE TO PAY TAXI FARE AFTER ARRIVING AT DESTINATION

This motherfucker took my Friend taxi from Jurong to Geylang around 1am last nite. Didn't pay up the fare and turned violent when being stopped from leaving. Btw he's a local described by my Friend.
